I had to restart my laptop due to it freezing up and when it started again, there was a message that said: "Very important, to avoid being detected by anti-spy programs, 007 spy didn't create any desktop icons, so keep in mind you have installed it under the folder of C:\Program Files\Common Files, blah blah blah.
Then after I close that window it says: 007 spy is running in stealth mode. You can use the default hotkey ctrl + alt +f7 to make it visible.
I need to know how this got on my computer (did someone install it to actually spy on what I was doing) or can you just get this as a virus? If someone did install it, is there anyway I can see what this spyware has found? And how do I get it off of my computer? If someone is spying on me, they are going to see that I'm on yahoo answers all the time! Not interesting stuff! Thanks in advance for any help!

first google 007 spyware and if a few sites come up with nothing try 007 virus again if nothing comes up google 007 trojan if nothing comes up by now something should have come up but if nothing has come up download spybot search and destroy
and update it then run the spybot program to search and destroy fro spyware
if yoru comp is clean then it could be something new. double check if its legit again, if you have more doubts then, download hijackthis, and force a removal of the process
EDIT
ok it doesnt seem to be spyware: on the site it says
"007 Spy Software is a stealthy computer monitoring software which allows you to secretly record all activities of computer users and automatically deliver logs to you via Email or FTP, including all areas of the system such as email sent, Web sites visited, every keystroke."
someone is monitoring your activity
