A great problem with NOD32 3.0 Smart Security?

I have NOD32 3.0.55 installed on my Windows Vista Ultimate, and the default virus database is of 2007-12-21. Whenever I try to update, it says "The installed Virus database is current. Update not necessary." I couldn't even get help from the online support. What is the possible solution? Please don't paste the link for other antiviruses. A good answer is surely worth ten points.

      2007-12-21 is what u are saying is the last update !!!!!!!!!!!then try re:install!!
