This smells like a virus masquerading as an anti-virus in order to extort money from you.

Get a real anti-virus and clean your system.

It sounds like you are infected with a ‘rouge’ anti-virus program. ‘Rouges’ are fake programs that display fake alerts in an attempt to try and scare users into purchasing the full version. Don’t fall for their crap.
Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware and perform a scan. It is very good at removing these types of ‘rouge’ programs.
