You can get rid of all those programs and use something like symantec endpoint protection. This product since coming out has been pretty popular in the corporate environment. It includes Firewall / Antivirus / AntiSpyware.
Having more than 1 antivirus program doesn’t usually help, the most common thing that happens is that they interfere with each other and also cause your computer to slow down a lot.

For a complete all in one, I’d go with Norton Internet Security 2009 as it has firewall and antivirus in one. However I’d recommend turning off Defender and replacing it with Ad-Aware.
It is not advisable to have 2 antiviruses running at the same time although you can have one turned on and use the other as a backup.

It depends how much money you want to spend. I don’t like spending money on this stuff to keep the crap off my machines. So I use the freebie Avast anti virus.
For the firewall the Windows Firewall in MS WinVista is good enough, if your network kit has a hardware firewall between you and the big bad Internet.
If you like spending money then buy an integrated single solution from one software supplier like Symantec, Norton, Kapersky or whoever sells this stuff. Pick a well know product.

Get rid of Windows Firewall and replace it with either Comodo or Zonealarm firewall. Trend Micro is OK and Webroot is OK so keep them but make sure you always keep them and Windows up to date this is very important to computer security. If you are looking to get rid of Webroot and Trend Micro and want an all in one suite then I would go with Kaspersky Internet Security 2009.
You can't install two anti-Virus programs or two Firewalls it will cause to much conflict and eat up a lot of computer resources.
If you are Using IE browser switch to Mozilla Firefox it's more secure.
You can also download this free program called Malwarebytes it's just a scanner and offers no real time protection but it can remove malicious programs, just keep it up to date.
