about the registry cleaner questions.?

September 20th, 2008 · 3 Comments

1. Do I really need them?
2. Is ccleaner enough to clean my registry? because I noticed that it isn’t cleaning the keys of the unistalled programs on the registry.
3. And finally what’s the best registry cleaner that doesn’t do any harm to my computer system?
Thank’s for the answers

      1. You may want to take a look at this article. http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=30038 I think that you do not need them.

      2. It is good enough for you if everything that is listed is cleared. Take note that there are some that cannot be cleared even though Ccleaner detected it.

      3. There are no registry cleaners that do no harm to your computer. Every time you do a cleanup of the registry, there are bound to be some risks present. To be on the safe side, create a restore point before a registry cleanup just in case anything happens.

stay away from “registry cleaner” software, they’re a scam. use ad-aware and spybot and you’ll be fine (unless you’re a real fool with your browsing and downloading)

CCleaner is the best out there and uses the least PC resources. Do Registry cleanups a couple times a day and you’ll be fine.
