My account is locked. I have tried all the passwords it could/would be, when the account is NOT locked, I have even tried the https://edit.yahoo.com/forgot and answered every question but the last. Where did I meet my spouse?. I do not EVER recall answering that question for any of my accounts. I have met all the requirements to have my password mailed to me, and yet this one account, I am still denied. I created a new account just to see where this was asked, and for the FIRST time, i saw the question. I need to find a way to contact yahoo and talk to someone other than a bot. I have sent numerous emails to any yahoo contact possibility i can find, and have only received one auto email back telling me to do the same things i've already done. At one time, yahoo would mail the pass to an alternate account, and seeing as how i pass EVERY other security checkpoint, there MUST be a way to resolve this. I simply can't believe yahoo would do this to a yahoo regular.who can i contact
keep in mind, the question is whom can i contact..i am quite aware that i'm screwed if i can't get into it., but there has to be someone to contact, that isn't automated..
Does anyone have or find an actual yahoo address to contact someone. I've filled out a form numerous times, and get nothing but auto responses back.. I am looking to find an actual yahoo contact email address, phone number or any other means to 'contact' yahoo. So, any answers for that one?

I was just trying to get into one of my yahoo accounts that I haven't used for a few months. It won't accept any of my passwords that I would have used and the security question is the same: Where did I meet my spouse? I would have answered that question in only one or two ways. I am not locked out as well. I think this is a yahoo glitch.

The personal information won't even show up on mine! I get 'Sorry, your password can't be reset online'. I've been told it's a systems error, but the best bet is to email or call Yahoo.

Try calling Yahoo Customer Service: 408-349-1572, but prepare to wait at least 60mins to finally speak to a real person
