Can someone actually tell me how to delete the viruses my Kaspersky software find. I don't like the face their still on my computer, I want them GONE. When and if they r deleted, will the pop ups and adware stop popping up? Please, someone give me something!!!!!

Have you tried booting into 'safe mode' and running the scan from there? Malware/Adware removal is more effective in safe mode. If you have system restore turned on, I suggest you turn that off also. Other than that? Check to see how Kaspersky is handling the threats. If it is only moving them to quarantine, you may want to consider changing option to delete/remove.
If the removal is successful, then yes, pop-ups caused by adware will stop.
Failing that, I would suggest downloading the free edition of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and running a scan/removal (in safe mode) with that.
