I'm having trouble with my internet, which seems like spyware or adware but i downloaded Ad-ware 2007 and i did several scans and the scan did nothing, im still experianceing the same ads poping up when i dont want them too? How can i set ad-ware so that it erase the problem. Im going to be very detailed. It doesnt get any more specific than this. When i open my IE explorer an ad pops up (many times the ads are random) but then something unusal happens, a banner rises up at the bottom right coner of my screen of my computer screen ( like where the time) and it says "ADS served by context enhancer" Now i dont know if i got this from a program i downloaded but it doesnt seem right, and now my firewall turns off and wont even turn back on. What the heck could be going on? something is up and i wanna get to the bottom of it? Please help if you know anything??????

You need a new browser!! Try Avant browser & you may want to try Spyware Terminator that protectsyou in real time, something Ad-Ware cannot do!!

My personal suggestion would be to try out firefox. You can inport your favorites from IE and you can use a program called ad-block that will block all ads, not just the popup kind. I haven't seen an online ad in at least 2 years.

Use the two programs below to remove the malware.
Download and Install Super Antispyware free. Reboot into Safe mode and Run SAS. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

If that doesn't get rid of the malware sign up at Bleeping Computer and the experts there will help you for free.

Believe it or not, I have this exact same problem. This is what I was told to do:

Unfortunately, none of them have seemed to work so far. I think Spyware Terminator stopped the little window in the taskbar but not the ads themselves.
I have not tried either ccleaner or superantispyware yet though, so feel free to try them yourself.
Let me know if you manage to fix the problem.
