I want to start a business running wire in new residential construction low voltage, phone, internet, cable, etc and also install security systems for business and residential customers. My question is would I be spreading myself too far to try and do it all or should I focus on the security only which could be a big money maker, but I also think there is money pre-wiring homes and existing homes considering more homes use broadband and I can add drops into each room and have on location for a router although these are pretty easy to install but I am mostly thinking during construction running all the wire they would need.
