I PURCHASED A NEW LICENSE OF PCTOOLS SPYWARE DOCTOR INSTEAD OF RENEWING MY LICENSE .WHEN I TRY TO INSTALL SPYWARE DOCTOR IT AUTOMATICALLY TAKES THE OLD LICENSE KEY WHICH HAS BEEN EXPIRED . SO I CAN ONLY USE SPYWARE DOCTOR IN IT’S CURRENT FORM AND UNABLE TO UPDATE IT . WHEN I TRY TO UPDATE THE ANSWER COMES LICENSE EXPIRED.IN SOME SOFTWARES LIKE AVG INTERNET SECURITY THERE IS AN OPTION OF RE-ENTERING LICENSE NUMBER BUT THERE IS NO SUCH OPTION IN SPYWARE DOCTOR. I TRIED TO CONTACT PCTOOLS BUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY SOLUTION FROM THEM. I THINK NOW THAT MY MONEY HAS BEEN WASTED.
IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME I WILL BE THANKFUL TO HIM

You need to un-install the software from your computer using add/remove programs. then restart your computer, then you will need to remove all registry keys for this program and restart your computer again and then install your program with the new key. delete the old key out of the program files or uninstall the program and reinstall with the new key
