Americorps*VISTA Relocation Advancement?

Just curious on if this possible. I understand you get a predetermined amount to relocate to your assignment location from your home of record, and that it is normally paid in the first two weeks of your living allowance stipend. However should it be necessary would it be possible to receive the relocation allowance prior to moving in order to secure travel costs, and housing/room security deposits?

I am just curious. I should be okay, it will be tight due to circumstances that have occurred. Just was curious. If so is there a proper procedure to ask for it,etc.?
