Norton 360 But it slow the pc down alot most people run seperate programs for AV and Crapware.

Nod32 by eset is the best. But i'll also recommend you to use some good anti-spyware application along with your anti-virus software, because both of them work in specific area.
Some good Anti-spywares are SpywareDoctor, Noadware.net, Adaware, etc.
If you are looking for some free stuff then I will recommend you to use Adware-SE and Spybot S&D.

Try http://www.bitdefender.com/ It's the best tool out of there. This is a firewall and when your computer tries to access the internet it warns you and you decide if you let that happen or not. It even warns you when some application wants to change something in the registry!
Another application that is a must to have is http://www.adalert.co.uk/ This even offers you a free scan of your computer.
They are not very expensive and I think it worths when it comes about your data protection. I would kill myself if I would get my hdd infected and lost data
