Annoyed!! I 've this annoying window that pops up on bottom of my screen near the toolbar that say:?

Windows has blocked some programs from starting up. Can I do something to stop it from auto. coming up.
I have set my taskbar,so it only appears when I point arrow at bottom of screen. Unsure if this will solve it.
Experts,is there anything else I can do?

First you really need to find out what it is blocking. If you have a program that is trying to run like a trojan or worm or logger then you need to make sure you get it fixed instead of just closing it all the time. Usually when it does that there is something wrong with it. You should find out exactly what it is blocking and copy and paste it here so that we could be of better help.
