I am wondering if it's all right to install multiple defense programs in my computer.
Currently I have:
-NOD32
-Comodo Firewall Pro
-Comodo BOClean [anti-malware]
-Sypbot Search and Destroy
Is this combination fine or should I remove one or two program?
Also what is a RSS feed? What does it do? Why do some websites/blog/journals that allow you to enter your desired RSS feed?
Also, is the combination good for my computer?

Combinations of security software should ultimately be minimal. I would suggest finding a do-it-all solution (AVG Anti-virus is free).
An RSS feed is a news feed that you can set up on your browser. Depending on the news site, blog, or journal you select an RSS feed from, you will receive live updates on new postings from that site through the RSS feed.

What you need is:
One antivrus.
One Anti-spyware
One Firewall
More than that will slow down your computer, plus the two programs will conflict and could crash the system.
I use, Avast Antivirus
Spybot S&D
and Windows Firewall.
I haev heard good about Comodo, so keep that firewall.
Trash all but S&D, plus your Comodo Firewall.
Then install Avast, and your are great
RSS feed is basically an updater that keeps you uptodate on what you subscribe to, similar to podcasts.

You should have a good firewall (to prevent intrusions - stop viruses before they can get in), a good automatic scan antivirus (constantly checking incomming information for viruses) several scan on demand (manual start scan - antivirus, antiadware, antimalware and email check)
go here for free antivirus and download what you need

hope this helps
