you immediately put all your data, pics, songs, notes, etc which are important in an external hard disk,,,like that of a pen-drive and so on…..then format your pc…….most probably your hard drive still has the virus…and it is a potent one…..after all these…BUY an anti-virus pack….it may be a little costly…but the price is worth paid….downloaded anti-virus software is not so powerful…some of the good ones are mcaffee, norton, kaspersky, quickheal, avast, avg, etc and so on…all the best

will this run:
AVG Anti-Rootkit Free 1.1.0.42
http://www.brothersoft.com/avg-anti-rootkit-free-download-60621.html
(If using Vista turn off UAC first)
Info:
rootkits can stop anti-virus software running; some worms can do this, some malware can block antivirus programs.

you probably got reinfected with malware somewhere as soon as you went on the web without protection.
YES it can happen that quick.
I suggest you run a scan with malwarebytes .
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
you can get malwarebytes here,
this is a direct download link
so you should have no trouble getting it.
click on this link ↓ and then select run.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/affiliates/2-spyware/mbam-setup.exe
INSTALL IT TO YOUR DESKTOP, update it,
then run a full scan and remove everything it finds.
some viruses will try to disable it
so if malwarebytes will not start up
then go into the folder it is in and rename the mbam file to XXXX .exe
then double click on the file you just renamed to start it up.
after you have used malwarebytes then do this online scan.
to make sure you have nothing else hiding away.

preferably in safe mode with networking.
if the above fails which i doubt, then try this.
super anti spyware Pro : http://downloads.superantispyware.com/downloads/SUPERAntiSpywarePro.exe
also don’t forget you will have to replace all the drivers needed by your computer,
they will include. keyboard, mouse, graphics, sound and chipset drivers.

Try renaming the kasper launch icon to kasper.bat instead of kasper.exe (Just add .bat to whatever kasper calls their launch icon in it’s program file and send it to your desktop, and use it to launch kasper?)
Your OS is damaged by the Malware that you had/have.
You can try to fix it but Ive found it faster just to bite the bullet and wipe your OS and reinstall a fresh new copy?
You can stick your setup disc in the drive (Not at reboot) and follow the prompts to repair your damaged files but it has never worked for me?Microsoft sucks! Lot’s of luck )~8
