Run Quick Scan and Delete all found

Also, turn off System Restore to evict any copies of bad stuff that might be lurking there.
May not be required (Depending on severity & if so DO NOT) Once removed do so!

Anti-virus 2008 & 2009 and anti-spyware 2008 & 2009 are all very similar. They are all frauds. You have to pay to get their purported fix, but it won’t fix anything. Complete spyware fraud. Competent anti-spyware programs should remove them.
You should use multiple anti-spyware programs. No single one will catch everything. Unlike anti-virus software and firewalls, they won’t conflict.

• Spybot Search & Destroy http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

After you install, update before you run them so that you have current definitions
