Antivirus finds every .exe as a virus

August 11th, 2008 · 3 Comments

Every time I run a program my antivirus tells me that its a virus. Ive downloaded at least 3 different antivirus programs and they all tell me that every exe I run is a virus. It didnt tell me this before, just recently, so I think it may be a virus that messes with my antivirus.

Has anybody ever heard of such a virus or is there some other problem with my system?

Your PC is infected with virus named Hidrag A or similar to it.
Try to scan your whole PC in single time.
AVG A.V is best antivirus s/w i’ve ever used, it will 1st try to heal your file and if fails then will delete the file.
Your PC will be virus free.
      Best of luck.

usually when a virus interferes with an anti-virus program it tries to shut it down not give you positives on every exe file you have.
now what could have happened is you may be infected with a virus such as the Win32CIH sometimes knows as Chernobyl and the spaces virus (it’s very a dangerous virus but old, around 1999 but it’s still about) what happens is the virus searches out every exe file it can find, exe files are made up of a lot of spaces the virus then infects the file by placing itself in those spaces and editing the front end of the exe file so the virus runs before the program so the anti virus programs may be telling you the truth if this is the case you may be able to disinfect some progams but if windows files are infected the only thing to do is make a back up of photos music ect then format and reinstall windows
