hello for everybody.
my problem is that I had installed Norton and I have desinstall, after it has given me many errors. at the outset it does´t work the Internet and later the CD ROM. a friend have did to him something and everything have done, because yahoo messenger and MSN it is opening, but to all this, the Internet explorer not it towards. we have paid attention and in the Control Panel he still appears that Norton has not desinstalar complecty and if I give desinstall it appears that the the program doesn`t exist anymore. if attempt to install with the CD it appears being said to me that the program cannot be installed because is already installed.
my problem I believe is because these tracks of Norton are existing and it`s produce me this error that cannot open the Internet explorer. me can somebody help me?

To remove Norton you must run a tool:

I’ll try to answer what I understand you to be asking.
Have you restarted the computer since you tried to uninstall it? I would first reboot the computer and see if that fixes it.

Possibly, the best solution would be to contact Norton for help.
If you still have internet access, enter this address below, into the address bar of your web browser. It will take you to the online chat with Symantec [who produces the Norton products].
If you don’t have internet available, there should be a phone number somewhere with your instructions for the CD.
