Yes you should its a Nasty Spyware Infection
You have Antivirus 2009 a rogue spyware program that claims you’re infected
Here’s how to remove it
Run a Quick Scan and Delete All Infections Found
Malwarebytes Anti Malware http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html FREE EDITION (one of the free AV to Remove Antivirus 2009)

You have it. DO the following, it works
*Download, install programs and the get the updates. DO NOT RUN A SCAN YET:
SuperAntispyware (Free Edition)
http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html
Malwarebytes
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Ccleaner (will clean up crap after going online)
http://www.ccleaner.com/download
*Then after you have done the install and updates, DISCONNECT from the internet. Pull the plug.
*Run Ccleaner
*Delete all in recycle bin
*Next, boot up in safe mode (Tap the F8 key every few seconds as the system boots up until the screen with Safe Mode option appears). CHoose the first Safe Mode, not with network.
*Now run the above spyware programs. Choose Full scans as oppossed to quick scans.
RUN CCLEANER AFTER YOU ARE ONLINE. I dont analyze, I just choose the Run option. Have every user do this.

Dude Antivirus pro is A REALLY bad virus its a fake, one of the only ways you can remove this is to go to my computer then do into drive C: then go to program files find anti-virus or 2009 and delete the folder, it might not let you in that case you need to turn off your computer and start it in safe mode by pressing F8 or F10 before it starts to load into windows(right when you first start your computer on) once you get into safe mode do the same thing after that and restart your computer and it should be gone, the reason you need to go into safe mode is so that no other programs start when windows starts
turn off system restore
hope this helps
and download AVG free its great anti-virus and its free
you can download it here http://www.filehippo.com

Possibly one of the most destructive viruses ever created. Honestly the only way I found of getting off ALL of that virus is restoring to factory settings. Your computer will always act strangely unless you restore. Good luck

SUPERAntiSpyware works great in eliminating these types of spyware like antivirus pro 2009 . You can download a professional version on their website , this is however a trial version for 15 days. You may also download a free version for home users it works just as good in removing the spyware.

I had this virus and I was not even able to get to a site like this on the Internet because it wouldn’t let me open Firefox and Explorer wouldn’t go anywhere once open. I couldn’t open any programs or files on my computer. The virus just kept popping up over and over. It took over my desktop and had a message on it. The computer kept shutting down.
I know nothing about computers, but this is what I did:
START YOUR COMPUTER IN SAFE MODE (press the f8 key numerous times while it’s starting) AND CHOOSE TO USE YOUR SYSTEM RESTORE BACK A FEW DAYS.
It has worked for me so far. I ran Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware and Spybot afterwards will good results. Good luck.
IT’S A HORRIBLE VIRUS. Worst I’ve ever had.
