I am looking for a antivirus software which doesnt remove but clean the infected file. The file may be in any format and extension like .exe, .dll etc.
I have few infected files which are important to me. I just like to remove the infection from the file from virus like - malware, trojan etc., But as it is important to me, i never want to loose that file using those antivirus softwares.
Please suggest.

Any antivirus will try to heal the infected file file first, but if still can't heal, so the last option is to delete the file (if you want to remove the virus or you want to keep the file including the virus)

If it's a compressed file {the infected one}, uncompress it, so it will can each individual file.
You can't remove the virus without removing the file.
It may not actually be a virus. My nortons reports 'viruses' all the time, even itself!

any antivirus is supposed to disinfect files without deleting the normal ones… try kaspersky, antivir, northon, avast…
