Last weekend, my nortons expired. I purchased the software and installed it. I had problems and went to their “chat line” - after 2 hours of being on hold and waiting for the technician - he/she? worked with me and then they “just left the room” and left me hanging.
I went back on and spent another hour and the same thing happened. Consequently, the Nortons is not on my desktop computer and is really messed-up.
I think Nortons is major screwed-up. I am about ready to try that other free program that everyone uses, it seems when I pay money, it is impossible to install.
Trying to communicate with someone that “understands” from Norton - is impossible!!!
That other program is AVI or AGI or something like that, I have to check into it.
