Apple Sync Notifier dll question?

When I start my computer (Windows Vista) it says that it can’t find the CoreFoundation.dll and can’t start up. I have tried downloading it, but that won’t fix it, what program would I need to uninstall and then reinstall to fix this or if that won’t work how can I fix it. I have ITunes , Safari and maybe Apple Quicktime.
