Are the Norton 360 real time protection and Spybot Tea timer Compatible?

I just downloaded Spybot with Tea Timer in Safe Mode and now my Firefox web browser has slowed down, also the boot sequence for the computer is also slow.

Is the Tea Timer programme conficting with the Norton 360 v2 real time protection?
If so which one do I take off and how do I do that?

Also I am thinking of getting the free Comodo Firewall and turning off the Norton 360 firewall, is that wise?

Is this a good defense?
Norton 360 v2 (only used as a anti-virus programme and an extra anti spyware)
Spybot Search and Destroy
Comodo Firewall

I am using XP, 256GB
