I have downloaded StopZilla, SpywareDoctor and Spybot (I think that's the name), anyways, I have tried these and apparenlty they tell you what's wrong, but you have to pay to remove the propblem. PPL have told me there are free removal tools. Is this true?
BTW- I apparently have a F-Secure Anti-Virus program(?) on my computer. I can't figure out how to get rid of it and is that impeding my ability to download a spyware tool?
So far Spyware Doctor got rid of stuff 
I hope this program is the key….
I am wondering thou, how do you find other security or anti-virus programs on your computer?

Spybot Search and Destroy is free and will remove the bots. Free alternatives to virus protection are AVG, Kaspersky, and I think NOD32 has a free version. Hope that helps!
