Are there any fully free registry error cleaners that scan and repair for free?

I have been trying to find a site that lets you download a registry error cleaner for free, but every time I do it wants me to register in order to repair the problems found. Are there any scanners that let you repair the problems for free, without having to register or anything?

      CCleaner is one of the most widely used and completely free “crap” cleaners for PC. It includes a registry cleaner tool. Try it.

      Also, if you are very good with computers you could try a more advanced tool like HijackThis. But you have to be careful with it, because you can mess your computer up if you just start removing random startup proccesses.
