I get the yellow triangle warning that AT&T Online Protection needs my attention. When I open it, it says that Spy-ware has never scanned and needs to scan. I click “Scan Now” and it seems to run briefly then stops. The “never scanned” warning never goes away.
I get the yellow triangle warning that AT&T Online Protection needs my attention. When I open it, it says that Spy-ware has never scanned and needs to scan. I click "Scan Now" and it seems to run briefly then stops. The "never scanned" warning never goes away.
This is a brand-new reinstall of the software. I had this problem before the reinstall.
Tried uninstalling just the Anti-spyware but it won't let me without uninstalling the entire protection suite.

I sypathize with you on this. Some anti-spyware actually makes your computer slower by running it. Also not all anti-spyware is 100% effective. Check out this review hope it helps in your problem
