at&t virus protection & norton infected?

The virus protection software on my computer is corrupted. I can only get online through internet explorer. what is the best way to get rid of it?

      I would download the norton removal tool and uninstall all ATT software on your computer. I recommend downloading these programs to make your computer safer:

      mozilla firefox (web browser)
      AVG home edition free antivirus
      windows defender
      ad-aware.

      these are all free and the best you can get.
