I cant open AutoCAD it shows me application error everytime I try to.
''The application failed to initialize properly (0xe06d7363). Click on OK to terminate the application.''

This is a Windows error, not an AutoCAD error. Other applications do it too, even MSN messenger. You could try re-installing AutoCAD for that user by removing both of the "Application data\Autodesk" subfolders found under your user directory. This normally causes AutoCAD to re-register the application for the user.
If that doesn't solve your issue, you may have to "repair" the app from your CD/DVD or even re-install. It is also possibly a problem with your version of Windows. Many versions of AutoCAD will not work on Vista for example.
