Automatic Memory Stick Backup??

I am looking for a progrm that automatically backups up the data on my memory stick each time it is plugged in, and also makes a copy of something that I save (on to my memory stick) to the my hardrive. Are there are programs that do this?? If so, what are is it called and where can I get it?
