Avast Anti-Virus Disaster Disaster?

I installed Avast antivirus Home Edition and everytime I try running any program system prompts me to choose a program to open the with file with… I cant run anything, I lost my administration rights.. Disaster.. Please assist…

Avast is a very bad Anti-Virus !
Use A.V.G. or Avira AntiVir.
