Avast has detected JS:Agent-DE. How do I remove this trojan horse?

My avast has detected JS:Agent-DE. I try to move it to the chest but it says that it can’t. How do I remove it? I can’t find anything about this trojan on the internet. Please Help!

      Most of the time, it can be removed/moved in safe mode. To get into safe mode, when your computer is starting up, tap F8 repeatedly. It should come up with a black screen with options to choose from. Choose Safe Mode. When in safe mode, run Avast!’s scanner and it should be able to remove it then.

      Download, install and run full scans with these 2

      mbam from http://www.malwarebytes.org

      superantispyware from http://www.superantispyware.com

      Delete everything they find.
