AVG 8.0 spyware & tracking cookies?

So after scanning my computer AVG found a lot of spyware and such, so what should i do about it? Is it ok for me to delete them? And also how do i find them?

      The AVG program should have an option, at the point when it shows you what all it found, for you to delete them. You do not have to “find them” and delete them yourself.

      It is ok to delete them. If fact, if you do NOT delete the spyware it will damage your computer.

      you can delete all cookies but you must setting Avg well then avg can do automatic to remove all spyware that from come of cookies.

      its good to delete them but also check if it is an internet file which you may require
