Today I have downloaded AVG free 8.0 which has anti-spyware programmes too. At present I use "Spyware Terminator" and "Ad-Aware 2007" programmes in my computer. May I delete these two programmes? I think my computer is slow now. I think it will be alright if I delete these two programmes.

Buddy, you're right! You really installed too many Security Softwares in your PC! AVG is good, so don't let your System too tired to run so many Security Software.
Just Delect the others.

Checjk that your scan settings on AVG are set to slow, this makes it release resources for you. Uninstall Spyware terminator, orf disable its' startup to free more. Adaware does not run background, so should not affect the machine.

the antispyware in avg will disable its real time protection after a specific period. (though you can uninstall other programs till then , if you like)

You still need your anti spyware because in the free version of AVG8 there is only a limited set of anti-spyware features. Rootfit fixes for instance are just not there. I don't know Spyware Terminator but Spybot search and Destroy for instance will fill that hole for you.

Keep ad-aware. Its just a scanner unless you paid for it. Its not slowing your computer. Ditch The Terminator. Buy I'd grab Ccleaner. Its free. Not antivirus, but cache cleaner. Maybe spead your computer up if its loaded with temp files, etc.
