I’m using AVG Antivirus and I’ve got a Trojan horse from a pop-up (I think) the Trojan horse has been moved to the virus vault. I tried to heal it but I couldn’t by hitting the button, should I delete it? I’ve read on the website for AVG Anti-Virus that when you moved the file to the AVG Free Virus Vault it was deleted from its original location, coded, and then saved in a non-executable file in a hidden folder. Your PC is no longer infected then.
When I look into the virus vault and look for the original source the spot has nothing in it.
Also I’ve been have problems, when I let the computer sit for some time the screen with go to like a blue color and have text in it that says something like windows needs to shutdown because something is missing. The windows shutdown and goes back to the blue screen with the text and it keep doing that over and over but If I push something on the keyboard the screen goes back to the log in screen. It also turned my wallpaper Blue and I can’t change it back or add a picture.
Here is a picture taken of what my virus vault looks like.

I would download another trojan killer. One weekend it took my son and me 7 different programs to rid his pesky adult trojan! Good luck!
