ok i scanned my computer with AVG free version and it said i had 30 threats all trogans( i know -.-) but when it done it says heal or qurentine i tried heal but nothing works it says error can not heal dose heal really work and when i put trogan in vault am i really safe from it?

you need to download advanced windows care personal 100% free from http://www.iobit.com and let it fully scan your computer and clean it.
i recommend doing this to help your problem.

I usually just move them to the vault anyway, I've never ran into a time when I needed the heal the file. They are safe there…you can also delete them from the vault through AVG to completely delete them.

you will be safe from it if its in your vault. i hope so anyways. you could also try deleting the files.

Yes heal really works mostly for non threat items only. Then yes again put threat in vault removes it from computer no chance to sneak out. My run of thumb is ignore HEAL make it a habbit to use Vault. I am very honest in saying Vault will capture threat you can look in AVG Free Logs today - net day - a week your same threat will be there. In Logs area you have option to delete contents if it makes you more comfortable do that on a time line that suits yor every week etc. You are just fine dump it in vault later dump vault Not necessary but settles your concern for re-attack. Good luck. I have AVG Internet Security v8 had v7.5 but soon December 31 v7.5 will no longer be support (Up Dates) no support means not up to date and will not protect you as good. To also let you know there is same AVG Int. Sec. v8 FREE out new version, I have no idea other than AVG is what you are using. Try Free v8 but for the long haul worth your while GET v8 Int. Sec. 2 year subscription you will not be disapointed cost is $5.99 + 2 yr. and a Cd = about a little over $80.00 + Tax leave off Cd can get it on Site cost around lower $70.00 range do not freak you will be MUCH better off.
