My AVG antivirus cought a few viruses when scanning, some trogans and some script’s, it moved them to the virus vault. Do i just leave them there saftley?

Yes. The virus vault is like a prison for all the viruses and they just won’t escape from it.

If it's quarantined then you can just leave the Trojans there or you can delete them after about a month. While in quarantine that long it destroys the malicious program.

Yes you can leave therm or delete them. Either way your computer will be free of the viruses that were in the vault. Of course this will not stop you if you are surfing the web and get the same viruses or a different one.
