I’m currently trying to set the email scanner up, so it can quit bugging me about it, but I don’t know how. I use Thunderbird with POP that takes it from my gmail, but currently I don’t know how to put it into the email scanner server…it’s too confusing! So how do you make it work? Also how do you instal a plugin, because it says there are currently no plugins installed?
I followed the instructions but unfortunatly, thunderbird said that connection was refused 
AND avg 8.0 still says that it is disabled…help!

What version of AVG are you using? AVG 8.0 is out there and of course is freely available. If you are running an earlier version, I suggest getting this new version. I would also suggest checking the AVG web site with help for their various plug-ins. Good luck.

I can’t get AVG to switch from default OUTLOOK to Thunderbird!!! I tried everything on Net, no luck so far! HELP!
