avg [infections] HELP?

please can someone help my friend has 4 infections on her computer she has avg but it has not put them in the virus vault what does she do either press on the delete result or the remove all unhealed infections if she presses either one of these what wiil happen .

      I just got AVG recently; it must be configured to delete the infections to the vault. Once the scanning is done, then empty the vault. I've done this already.
