AVG please help?

Everytime i send email via my outlook it shows the following messege in the end:

Internal Virus Database is out-of-date.
Checked by AVG.
Version: 7.5.519 / Virus Database: 269.22.5/1358 - Release Date: 4/3/2008 06:36 م

Please how can i get rid of that
i don't want to update my AVG i want it to stop sending this messege in the end of each email

open avg, click on 'Update' this will update the virus data base
NOTE..always update avg before scanning, hence, and all other security software

You are using AVG version 7.5. Version 8.0 is out. I think that the virus definitions for 7.5 are no longer available.
