I have updated avira antivirus. I have 2GB RAM on my laptop. However when i scan all the files from avira, it always freezes at 68.9%.
I googled this problem and found out that Firefox browser 3.0.1 is not compatible with Avira Antivir Premium and that they both freeze when 68% scan is completed.
Why is this? Have any other people who have Avira Antivir Premium and Firefox experienced this?
Avira is supposed to be a very good antivirus with over 97% detection rates in latest tests. Why would such product freeze? I will lose computer protection if antivirus becomes non-responsive like this.
