I suddenly have this program appear, having never downloaded it. I run several scans with AVG (anti spyware and virus wise) and another virus program, and i clear out all of that. But it still says I have viruses. I dont even see the program on my control panel to delete. What do I do?

You are infected with spyware if:
* You see too much pop-up advertisements.
* Your browser has toolbars that you haven't installed.
* Your homepage has changed (and you can't change it back).
* Other settings have changed without your permission.
* Your computer is slow.
To get rid of spyware and keep your computer clean you can use an antispyware or even more.
You can download a antispyware software. There are 10 good anti-spywares.
here is the reviews: http://toptenantispywareviews.com/
You can download one and scan your system.
All are safe and can be trusted.

Awola Anti-Spyware 6.0 is a new rogue anti-spyware that can be dangerous for your security and privacy. Awola claims to purchase itself in order to remove reported spyware and adware. But in real Awola produce false positives, it have no spyware detection and removal engine. Awola is a representative of badware family. It can bypass antiviruses and install other spyware to track users activity, save keystrokes and then generate targeted advertisments (pop up's, browser hijackers). Never download Awola, it's useless for spyware removal.

that's why i don't trust avg, it doesn't really help. if you don't wanna try another anti-spyware tool, i suggest you remove awola manually. here's a tutorial on doing that: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-awola.html
ignore the big button that says "download remover" and follow the tutorial steps for deleting this malware.
