Backup Thunderbird automatically at a scheduled time?

Hi-
I am looking for a solution to backup all email and settings in a Thunderbird account automatically to a network folder. I am aware of Mozbackup but I need scheduling capabilites. Does anyone know of an add-on or a program that is made specifically for this purpose? Something like Acronis would be overkill, I just need to backup email.
