Bad Image problem on Laptop (Surowana.dll)?

Is surowana.dll a real DLL? When I restart my toshiba satellite laptop I have a huge amount of these surowana.dll boxes pop up, probably one for every program on my desktop and in my tool bar at the bottom of my screen by my clock. It says … surowana.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

Is this even a real DLL or part of some spyware or something that did not get 100% removed.

Any ideas would be great!
