September 29th, 2008 · 6 Comments

Lately AVG 8.0 is giving me a lot of problems. Which free anti-virus software besides AVG 8.0 would you all recommend?

Norton AntiVirus is your only other popular solution. There may be others but will be unreliable. Norton however takes a lot of disk space.

Download and run free version of Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware from http://www.spywaregeeks.com/rogue-antispyware-removal.html to check your computer for all kinds of threats.

      Kaspersky
Do not run Two antivirus at a time
Use Kaspersky. Update it from Internet. If you do not have a License key or your key is Black listed then go to http://free27.blogspot.com > softwares> Kaspersky

you can try avira anti virus or avast. I don’t know if there are better than AVG, but they are free. Your best option would be to try a paid version anti virus.
