Try using Kaspersky Internet Security, you can test their software for 30 days, and this will remove any spyware/viruses which is in your pc.
Here is the link you may use.

After updating kaspersky, boot your pc into safe mode and do a full scan

The best spyware remover I have come across is Spybot Search and Destroy, and it is free. It removes all traces of spyware, trojans, keyloggers, and fixes your windows firewall settings if they are changed. Be sure to update it once you install and run. Just follow the link, good luck.

I ran into the exact same problem! Even Norton Anti-Virus didn't help, since what you have is adware, not a virus. Adware is much worse. What actually works (and is free!) is Spybot. Search either that or Spybot SD Resident on msn (NOT google or yahoo!) and look through the results, making sure they are legititmate. You just download it and will do a scan, then remove problems, all free! While Spybot can get a little over-protective, it is worth it to have a safe computer.

Download SpyBot from cnet.com, after uninstalling it first, of course. cnet is a certified safe download site. Use that AND-
Download Yahoo Anti-Spy. It finds what even spybot does not.
use control/alt/delete to close those pop-ups. Don't even pass your cursor over them at any point. There are some spyware/viruses designed to register even that as an open or run command. Ignore them. If you think they are indicating a real problem, close that window and go use your system tools and virus/spyware programs to follow up.

Why not buy and install Norton Internet Security?
Is 50 cents per week a problem?
How much is a can of coke or a latte?
