Use the system restore and restore back to a date prior to when you opened the page.
Click start, all programs, accessories, system tools, then system restore. That will put the computer in the same state that it was on that date.

Antivirus XP 2008 is a SPYWARE itself!!! My kaspersky was able to blocked that spyware on my computer… Make sure that your Kaspersky database is up-to-date (updated)…. It can detect the “Antivirus XP 2008″ spyware… those 2700 viruses may just only be a threatening part of that spyware… but for security reasons.. i suggest you to scan your pc thoroughly!!!

Arg, this is a common problem. People click on stupid things and they are downloaded and installed as background tasks. What you have is not an anti virus program, it is quite the opposite. its a virus. and its infecting your computer. try AVG 8 as it picks up on those things well. you dont have 2700 viruses, dont listen to it. If youve used it and tried to clear those 2700, the damage on your computer will be worse. You must use AVG Free 8.0 and Spybot S&D and get rid of that thing. Add/remove programs it too (remove, of course) That should fix everything. Careful what you click next time. AVG should pick up on those things right away so dont worry about it next time.

This will remove it:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Removes Antivirus:
http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?hhTest=1.
Download, install, update and select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.
Spybot S&D:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
Download, install, update and Immunize, then click 'Check for problems' then when complete select all and then 'Fix Checked'
Antivirus programs will NOT remove this as it is a malicious codec, they often find reference to it which they remove, but it comes back. Malwarebytes will remove it completely.
I also suggest that whoever gave you that answer in a link be reported for abuse, as many of us are here to help others although there are some who are intent on posting this scumware in answers.

Do not click the link from baehtoo e, this is a virus link. Report him. He is doing this all over answers and is dangerous. He is also liable for 30 years prison if caught, since Yahoo logs his details maybe this will be the result.
This IS spyware. You must update your anti-spyware program and run a scan. Kaspersky does NOT handle this, try AVG free from http://free.grisoft.com or Spybot search & destroy.
