When I run my windows XP on my laptop, I get that error message, and I cannot load to my user accounts. is there any way to fix this?
If I have a warranty on it, can I bring it in to where I bought it and see if they can repare it?
I tried these, and they don't work.

Get a Mac.

Tap F8 during boot, and choose the Last Good Configuration option.

That's commonly referred to as the Blue Screen Of Death. Basically, there's a system file that's probably gone corrupt. If the F8 boot doesn't work, I usually I just reload the OS at that point. You can try the repair disk that came with your computer, if you bought it from a company like HP or Dell, but if that doesn't work…just reload.

Possible solutions:
1. Use Windows Recovery Console:

2. Insert your system discs and do a repair installation of Windows.
3. Reboot and boot into Safe Mode (with Networking). Use the command sfc scannow (in the run dialog, found in the start menu) to check for damaged or corrupt files. You will need to insert the Windows disc when prompted.
