Blue screen and restart?!?

Hey, i have a little program with my new Compaq, it is running on windows XP and, if i leave it idle, every 13 minutes it restarts, and if im working on it, every 2 minutes it restarts itself with a blue screen either saying, IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL, or: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA and i cant get it to fix,, ive read some forums and most say its my nvdia driver, which is version 6.9.3 which is unstable, so i was wondering if there was any way to fix this problem… THANKS
btw im restoring it right now to see if that fixes it :)
