Hello all, I've had some serious computer trouble lately, and I'm backing up all my files onto a external hard drive as I am considering formatting my hard drive.
The problem is:
Blue screen of death 10-15 seconds after my desktop load saying IRQL_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL (error code: 0×820081D800). I heard this is a driver related issue, This problem wouldn't let me use my computer for a few days, then my computer would load again. Then exactly one week later, the problem came back. After checking my event viewer in safe mode, I found out there was an error saying that "eeCTRL" driver won't load. This is supposedly a semantic anti-virus error. Do I need to download a new driver? I cannot install or uninstall anything (windows installer will not work in safe mode.)
What should I do? Delete something? mess with the bios to let me erase files in normal mode? or just reinstall windows. This problem is crippling and frustrating, so any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
