When i start up my pc (dell) it does the windows xp thing with the bar and the dell screen and then goes to an all blue screen with a few lines of white words.
They say:
“STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0×00000000
(0×00000000 0×00000000). The system has been shut down.”
Does anyone know what that means? Or how to fix it?
I did get a bunch of trojan backdoors recently, although i don’t know exactly how. Literally the only sites I go to are this, gmail, myspace, and youtube. Its probably because my dad only uses free virus software and all it does is scan and tell you when you get them (doesn’t let you delete them or block them).
I’m thinking its about time to bring out the electromagnet.

sounds like you might have to do a clean install of your os
the only other thing i can think of is seeing if you can do any thing with a windows recovery disk.

Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This problem can be solved by uninstalling new software, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . From http://fixit.in/bluescreenofdeath.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.info
